This is a very good budget hotel which includes breakfast. It is situated in the Buda Hills, quiet and peaceful but within reach of the main city by taxi or regular public transport. The view is fantastic. There is a small staff ratio but they are all friendly and helpful. I was there on my own for medical tourism and they were understanding and respectful towards me. I enjoyed my stay of over 1 week.
It is dissapointing that there is not a restaurant but their buffet breakfast was sufficient. Perhaps this is something they can think about for the future,

Nice villa, friendly staff, great position (luxury part of Budapest). Price was very low for a such location. It is owned by famous family of singers, which used it as private residence until recently - as my taxi driver explained to me.
Although hotel is renewed, doors should be renewed. No lunch or dinner (though you can order from outside and they will serve you).

1. The quiet residential area. 2. The place in front of the hotel (terace). 3. Helpfull staff.
Instead of "waiting transaction" only for the first night (as it was written in the contract), it was made for all the period. So I was unable to use my card until the receptionist unblocked it, but it happened on 3rd day.

The price ( 25 euro ) for a single room and the awareness to have been in the hotel of the freakest ( told by my hungarian friend ) couple of singers of Hungary: Mr Korda and his wife, a women 60old pretending to be 30old.
My room was at 3rd floor - without elevator! The check-in man stronlgy suggesting to park the car in the private indoor place - becasue of frequent rubbery of cars in this god forgotten part of the city. True because last year during my stay in this same hotel in the mid of the night alarm of my car woke me up because somebody tried to steal car. The room was very low old profile, I could not stay seated in the toilet becasue the knies bumping again door and lavatory and shower. Fortunetely I used the room only as a baggage place and my hungarian friend disperate to see the room gave kindly hospitality in her room. Breakfast was 3 euro but unfortunetely I could not taste it (ironic).
